What happens next

Production is to order, including samples: the company offers samples for quality checks, and the official FAQ puts a typical run at about 25 working days to produce an order from minimum order quantity up to a 40HQ container. Warranty time differs by product, so the reply to your inquiry will confirm the warranty for the exact models quoted. If your market requires certification documents for a model, say so in the inquiry. Certificates available upon request.
